After enjoying a variety of physical activities as a child and competing as an athlete, Elizabeth K was introduced to Pilates while recovering from an overuse injury. She enjoys the mind-body approach, focus on restoring alignment, and the challenge of precise movements Pilates provides. She has done her training with Mindful Movement Collective in Newark and Blue Sparrow in San Francisco.
